bodies/organs: a body archive

Combining poetry, artifacts and over 50 hours of interviews, bodies/organs creates an archive of relationships between bodies at a women’s college. Exploring the queer, trans and undecipherable histories within single-sex institutions and environments, this Flash-based digital space offers an archive of meditations on bodily processes and objects that is inaccessible via linear reading. A love letter and police report, this project provides a dis-organ-ized collection of artifacts on the relationships that are drawn alongside and within bodies.
